An architecture firm based in Kansas, known for designing homes that emphasize sustainability, comfort and timeless style, undertook the reconstruction of Casa Rancho Las Playitas. They approached QeCAD to support the residential reconstruction project by converting the existing design documentation into accurate, editable CAD drawings. The objective was to transform the provided PDF-based design drafts into precise 2D CAD drawings while incorporating the required design modifications based on the markups and reference materials. These drawings were intended to serve as a reliable foundation for further design coordination and construction planning.

Project Description

Casa Rancho Las Playitas was a reconstruction-focused residential project requiring a seamless transition from conceptual PDF designs to construction-ready CAD drawings. Output Delivered:

QeCAD successfully delivered a complete set of high-quality 2D CAD drawings, including:

→ Fully converted and editable CAD floor plans.
→ Detailed elevation drawings for all four building facades.
→ Accurate footing plans for ground and first-floor levels.
→ Clean, well-organized CAD files ready for client review and further project development.

The final outputs enabled the client to proceed confidently with design validation and

Output Delivered

The PDF to CAD conversions with the suggested changes were then prepared by QeCAD. The team generated CAD drafts of the House Plan. Elevations, Floor Plans, and Footing Plans were then submitted for the review.
