The primary objective of the project was to create an accurate and reliable existing conditions Revit model of the subject property including the site and neighbouring houses, based on the client’s provided survey data, CAD drawings and site imagery. The model was intended to serve as a dependable base for the future architectural design and planning activities.

The project involved translating multiple reference sources into a coordinated and accurate Revit model representing the existing conditions of the site. While the comprehensive CAD floor plans and site information were provided, no elevation drawings were available. Our team carefully interpreted the supplied photographs and references to develop accurate elevations, applying professional judgment to ensure the realistic proportions, heights along with the architectural detailing.
In addition to modeling the primary residence, the scope required capturing the external form and placement of the neighbouring houses to reflect the true site context. This enhanced the overall usability of the model for design validation and contextual analysis.
Using the client’s Revit standards and templates, the architectural team delivered a fully coordinated LOD 300 existing condition model. The final output adhered strictly to the the client’s formatting and documentation requirements thereby ensuring the consistency with their internal workflows and expectations.
