To develop a detailed architectural model and a complete DA drawing set for the redevelopment of 64 Devon Street, following the Rutherford SDA standards. The objective was to translate the client’s design vision into an accurate Revit model and DA documentation package, ensuring the compliance with SDA guidelines while maintaining the highest level of detail and consistency.
The project comprised the following key buildings and features:
Architectural modelling for a single-story building based on provided design layouts.
Preparation of the DA drawing set including: Cover sheet, Notes, Site plan, Landscape area calculation plan, Landscape plan & schedule, Site Analysis, Notification plan & Elevations, Perspective views, Shadow diagrams, Storm water layout, Sediment and erosion plan, Ground floor plan, Roof plan, Elevations, Sections, SDA compliance plan, Door and Window schedule.

The redevelopment of 64 Devon Street required a proposed condition record and DA drawing set to support the design approval process. The design adhered to Rutherford SDA standards, focusing on accessibility and compliance requirements. Our role was to create an accurate LOD 300 architectural model using Revit, followed by a comprehensive DA documentation package that aligned with the client’s sample references and specifications.
